Made from a highly durable rubber, Tribus™ 3 in 1's ergonomic design offers a dynamic mix of performance, superior grip, and comfort. They are designed to increase the diameter of barbells, dumbbells, and training bars for fat bar training and other athletic workouts.
Before using Tribus™ 3 in 1 thick grips
- Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise regime.
- Check the product for any defects before use. If defects are present, do not use the product and contact Tribus™ immediately.
- People with allergies or sensitivities to synthetic rubber should not use Tribus™ 3 in 1.
- Tribus™ is not liable for any injuries or deaths that occur from using this product.
Using Tribus™ 3 in 1 thick grips
- If you experience pain or dizziness while exercising, stop immediately.
- When lifting weights above any part of your body, take precautions to avoid injury.
- Use a proper grip with Tribus™ 3 in 1. Do not use a false grip as it may lead to serious injury.
- Ensure your hands are clean and dry to maintain good grip adherence.

How to stack the thick grips for size increase
- Do not attempt to put an already assembled three levels grips directly on the bar. This could be unsafe.
- To attach, slightly pull apart the grip, insert the bar handle, and let the grip close securely around it.
- To install Level II, align the center V cut-outs with Level I, then wrap the sides to engage the notches securely.
- For Level III, align the positioning arrows above the V-slot and engage the “locking anchor” tightly, then wrap the sides down.
Ensure proper engagement of all sections and the anchor before use.
How to align the thick grips’ slits
- For pressing movements, the slit should face away from your palm.
- For pulling movements, the slit should face towards your palm.
Caring for your thick grips
- Clean with soap and warm water, and dry thoroughly. Do not put in the dryer.
- Avoid chemical cleaners as they may damage the rubber.
- Ensure grips are clean, dry, and free from grease before use.
Lifetime Warranty
Built to last - Like your legacy! We provide a lifetime warranty for Tribus™ 3 in 1 grips against defects. If your grips fail, we will replace them free of charge. Contact us for a replacement.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear or misuse of the grips.
